Castrol's full-synthetic 4T oil here is Power1 Ultimate 10W-40, a range separate from Activ. Engine cc on its own won't tell you whether Ultimate suits your motorcycle.
Castrol describes Power1 Ultimate as a full-synthetic 5-in-1 formula aimed at motorcycle performance and protection. Distances quoted from its tests are not a change interval for your bike.
What 10W-40 tells you: 10W covers cold behaviour, 40 is the SAE class at running temperature. It does not tell you the base-oil technology or API/JASO rating, which vary from range to range.
The bottle contains 1 Litre, which is not the same as the engine's fill quantity. Refill, filter-change and dry capacities can each be different; measure what your specific manual asks for.
Make sure the API and JASO clutch specs on the label match what your manual requires before you order. Stick to the recommended change interval, and use the severe-service one if your riding is mostly short trips or jams.
