The bottle's range name is Matic. Compared with Super Moto Scooter 10W-30, both the viscosity and the API category are different, so read the whole label instead of going by cap colour or the Mobil badge.
According to Mobil's Matic 10W-40 data sheet, it blends quality base oils with synthetic hydrocarbons for four-stroke scooters and meets API SL and JASO MB. Those are the specs for this exact Matic oil; the API SN of a different Super Moto Scooter edition does not apply here.
10W-40 brings together a 10W cold class and SAE hot class 40. Oils across ranges may share the grade while differing in base-oil makeup and API/JASO level.
The pack holds 800 ml, which may not equal your engine's need. Drain-only service, a filter change and a dry engine can each take a different volume, so measure by your exact manual.
Scooter calls for JASO MB? Then confirm the MB mark on the bottle you're sent. Keep MB oil out of any wet-clutch motorcycle needing MA or MA2, even if the SAE grade is identical.
