Despite the name, Super Moto Synthetic Technology 10W-40 is a synthetic blend, not a full synthetic. For full-synthetic 10W-40 from Mobil, the separate product is Mobil 1 Racing 4T.
Mobil explains Super Moto Synthetic Technology as mineral base oil blended with synthesised hydrocarbon base oil. For motorcycle use, its published reference shows API SN and JASO MA/MA2.
The grade label pairs a 10W low-temperature rating with hot SAE viscosity class 40. Plenty of ranges sell a 10W-40, yet their base-oil technology and API/JASO performance can be quite different.
Each bottle holds 1 Litre. How much goes into the engine is a separate number that depends on whether it is a plain refill, a filter service or a dry build, so check the figure in your exact manual.
