Matching viscosity with a motorcycle oil doesn't make a scooter oil interchangeable—pick it for the scooter. In this range, TVS TRU4 SKUUTA 10W-30 is the semi-synthetic 4T oil for scooters. It's the white 1L bottle carrying a blue scooter label, a separate item from the Premium and Synthetic bike oils.

API SL and JASO MB are printed on the supplied SKUUTA label, together with a warning against use in wet-clutch motorcycle engines. That caution should drive your decision. A 10W-30 marking alone is no reason to put it in a bike that needs JASO MA or MA2.
