This is Motul 3100 4T Gold 10W-30 Semi Synthetic 1L, a four-stroke motorcycle engine oil in 10W-30. Range, grade and volume all matter, so check the three together.
Within Motul's commuter line-up, 3100 Gold 10W-30 is the synthetic-blend pick. It holds the same 10W-30 viscosity as 3000 Plus but swaps in a different formulation.
Motul formulates 3100 Gold with Technosynthese, placing it in the synthetic-blend range. It shouldn't be presented as the full-synthetic oil that 7100 is.
In 10W-30, the "30" is the SAE viscosity class at operating temperature, while "10W" refers to cold behaviour — nothing to do with engine cc. A 10W-40 sits in another hot class, same brand or not.
